Our apartment is perfectly situated for you to experience the best of San Juan. You are just steps away from the sands of Condado Beach and the recreational activities at Condado Lagoon Park.

A short walk brings you to the vibrant Ashford Avenue, known for its shops and restaurants, and the lively nightlife of La Placita de Santurce. Essentials like Walgreens are also conveniently within walking distance.

While free street parking is available, it can be limited in our popular neighborhood. For a seamless and stress-free experience, we highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber or local taxis, which are affordable and widely available.

Our central location means you're just a 5 to 20-minute ride from top attractions, including:
