To help everyone feel comfortable, please keep noise low between 10 PM and 8 AM so our guests and neighbors can rest. Kindly keep things tidy by placing trash in the courtyard bin or the cans near the street. Please don’t leave personal belongings in common areas. For everyone’s comfort, there’s no smoking in common areas—feel free to smoke at the front of the building. For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, security cameras are in place in the common areas, stairways, and main entrance. Laundry is first come, first served. Please don’t move or handle laundry that isn’t yours. We take pride in keeping everything in top shape, but if something breaks, we’ll work quickly to fix it. Refunds are only given in rare cases when repairs can’t be made or for situations beyond our control—please give us the chance to make it right first!
